Formula / composition document rules
Polymer SDS must match the producer grade and additives/processing aids declared by the supplier.
MFI, density, K-value or grade-specific limits must be tied to the producer grade being quoted.
Polymer COA is lot-specific and must be issued for the actual batch before shipment.
Composition-only publication rule
Public documents for this product must describe only the material formula, principal composition, grade family and batch-specific composition values when available.
Batch analysis fields
These fields define what should be confirmed for each supplied lot. Values must stay empty until the actual batch is verified.
Pellet or powder appearance for the supplied lot.
MFI/MFR field for grade-family comparison.
Density value for the polymer grade family.
Batch-specific ash or volatile content when applicable.
